Job Summary

Join our Integrated Solutions Modeling & Architecture (ISMA) team, dedicated to developing cutting-edge solutions and architectures to tackle the largest and most complex problems in defense. Our innovative approaches and next-generation technologies enable us to deliver superior mission solutions essential for security and defense.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As the AI/ML Section Leader:

• Lead initiatives in applying machine learning and AI to improve warfighter capabilities through rigorous trade studies and systems development.
• Explore advanced techniques in neural networks to address practical challenges in defense scenarios.
• Engage extensively with customers, program managers, and technical experts to align project outputs with strategic objectives.
• Oversee a team of 15-20 engineers, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
• Play a crucial role in the recruitment and professional development within your team.

Basic Qualifications:

A minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree in STEM with 10 years of relevant engineering experience, or a master's degree in STEM with 8 years of engineering experience. Applicants must have a strong background in AI/ML, experience in defense industry and possess an active U.S. security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees in specialized fields such as Operations Research or Computer Engineering.
• Demonstrable expertise in modeling, simulation, and systems performance analysis.
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
