Job Title: Sr Associate, Technical User Experience Design

Technology Analyst Program

Fiserv’s Technology Analyst Program is an early career development program designed to provide recent graduates with robust career growth opportunities in FinTech. Over a period of 2 to 2.5 years, candidates experience two structured assignments, each building upon the other, offering comprehensive exposure to various FinTech domains. We seek dynamic university graduates eager to shape their careers and the future of Fiserv. Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the track chosen within the Technology Analyst Program, you will engage in various critical tasks:

• Application Development: Code, program, test, and analyze application software, support existing systems, and create new applications.
• Cyber Security: Analyze datasets, ensure data quality, and align with organizational strategies.
• Data Science: Manage and visualize data, handle complex projects, and cultivate leadership skills essential in the FinTech industry.
• Database Management: Maintain database integrity and performance, secure data, inform users of changes, and train on Fiserv systems.
• IT Project Management: Engage in data analysis, management, and visualization, handling projects that significantly affect the business.
• QA Testing: Develop and execute test plans, including planning, design, scripting, execution, debugging, and reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree in a STEM program
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to changing priorities
• Military-affiliated applicants (Veterans, Military Spouses, Guard/Reservists) are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with .NET, JCL, Java, C, C++, C#, Java & COBOL
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, T-SQL, PowerBi, and Tableau
• Knowledge of Selenium and Test Driven Development (TDD)
• API Testing and use of MSTest or NUnit

Preferred Majors

We consider a variety of college majors based on departmental needs, including Computer Science, Network Engineering, Engineering, and Software Development. We are also open to training the right candidate.
