Open Position: Senior Data Scientist

We are currently seeking experienced Data Scientists to join our dynamic team in Cordoba. Your contributions will shape groundbreaking solutions in AI and machine learning, driving substantial impacts on large-scale global projects.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with top-tier professionals who have pioneered revolutionary solutions in their respective fields.
• Lead and support the development and deployment of AI solutions.
• Identify AI implementation opportunities across various business functions.
• Gather requirements and understand business needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Design and build machine learning models and algorithms for task automation and resource optimization.
• Develop data pipelines and workflows for AI application support.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems with the help of IT professionals.
• Conduct data analysis for informed decision-making and insights extraction.
• Stay updated with the latest AI advancements to enhance outsourcing processes.
• Mentor junior data scientists on AI development, methodologies, and best practices.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Utilize A/B testing and ML explainability techniques.
• Create APIs or services to expose models for consumption.
• Expertise in fields such as NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.

• Proficiency in creating PoCs with user interface applications like Streamlit and Docker.
• Leadership skills and extensive experience in developing and implementing AI solutions.
• Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with solid understanding of OOP and functional programming.
• Strong data engineering knowledge, including data manipulation and analysis using SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Residence in Cordoba, Argentina.
