Where Your Expertise is Needed

Whether it's pioneering in the realm of machine learning algorithms or enhancing customer engagements, your role will involve direct interactions with our customers, guiding them through the complexities of adoption and implementation. Here at the GenAI Innovation Center, you'll research and develop state-of-the-art generative AI algorithms, create impactful customer solutions, and deliver deep dive sessions and tutorials tailored to a diverse audience. You'll also provide valuable feedback to our Product and Engineering teams, helping shape the future of our products and services.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with AI/ML experts to design, develop, and evaluate advanced AI systems.
• Work directly with clients to translate business needs into robust and scalable AI solutions.
• Develop educational content like tutorials, blog posts, and presentations to assist stakeholders in understanding GenAI applications.
• Guide customers from prototype through to full-scale system deployment.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have a solid foundation in data querying (SQL), scripting (Python), and statistical software (R, SAS, Matlab). Experience in neural deep learning, machine learning, and computational problem-solving are highly desired. Advanced degrees in quantitative fields and hands-on experience with LLMs and other AI models will distinguish the most competitive candidates.
