Job Overview - Sr. Data Scientist

We are seeking a results-driven Data Scientist to join our dynamic Adobe Digital Imaging Data Science Team, comprising top-class products like Photoshop & Lightroom. Dive into large datasets, derive meaningful insights for product improvements, and shape superior digital experiences across every touchpoint.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine and advance our data collection processes.

● Use statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze user engagement and design predictive models.

● Develop, customize, and manage data architectures to enhance our analytics and reporting capabilities.

● Lead proactive identification of new trends and insights to drive innovative decisions.

● Design and implement efficient data pipelines using advanced SQL and Python ETL frameworks.

● Create personalized content recommendations through robust modeling.

Requirements:

● Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.

● 3-5 years of experience in a data science role, with a proven track record of transforming business questions into data-driven solutions.

● Strong expertise in SQL, Hive, Spark, and other data manipulation languages.

● Excellent skills in data visualization and the ability to communicate technical content to non-technical stakeholders.

● Deep understanding of statistical analysis and experience with experimental design.

● Familiarity with Hadoop, Tableau, Power BI, and other relevant analytics tools.

Adobe offers competitive compensation packages including a base salary, incentives, and long-term rewards. The salary range for this role in the U.S is $127,300 to $229,300, varying by location and experience.
