What the Sr Data Scientist (NLP) Role Entails

As a Senior Data Scientist at ServiceNow, you’ll have the unique opportunity to leverage predictive analytics across varied departments, enhancing business operations through machine learning techniques. This dynamic role not only involves analytical proficiency but a hands-on approach to problem-solving as you see projects through from conception to implementation within business workflows.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Engaging directly with stakeholders to identify predictive analytics applications that enhance ServiceNow's operations.
• Defining model requirements, collecting relevant data, and steering the technical direction for predictive model building.
• Designing robust models using advanced analytics and machine learning techniques, making our business even more competitive and data-driven.

What You Bring to the Team:

• An advanced degree in Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or extensive practical experience in a related field.
• Proven success managing projects utilizing methods such as regression, neural networks, decision trees, and more.
• Expertise in software like R, SAS, Python, or similar tools, with a keen understanding of database management or collaboration with database specialists.
• Passion for exploratory data analysis and model validation to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure ML, Azure ML Pipelines, Databricks, and particularly with developing ML models using ServiceNow’s predictive intelligence option will be advantageous.
