The Opportunity

At Adobe Firefly, we develop groundbreaking generative models for image, video, and other formats that enhance our suite of products. These efforts are supported by a robust data, training, and inference infrastructure platform. We are seeking a world-class ML Engineer specializing in Computer Vision (CV) to lead data quality, performance, and optimization of this platform. In this role, you will research, experiment, develop, and optimize CV algorithms/models to enhance data for training state-of-the-art image and video foundation models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and develop CV algorithms/models to generate image and video training data for Generative AI foundation models.
  • Collaborate with researchers and applied researchers to bring innovative ideas to production.
  • Work closely with data, training, and inference platform teams to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML or related fields (with a focus on Computer Vision preferred) and 7+ years of industry experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML including ML frameworks, public cloud, and commercial AI/ML solutions.
  • Expertise in computer vision, image processing, video processing, and machine learning for Generative AI.
  • Experience with large-scale generative model training, datasets, and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in large-scale data visualization for images or videos.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The pay range for this position is $150,700 to $284,400 annually, varying by work location and individual qualifications. Your recruiter will provide specific salary details during the hiring process.

Adobe offers competitive salaries and short-term incentives through the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) for non-sales roles. Certain positions may also qualify for long-term incentives, including a new hire equity award.
