Role Responsibilities

As a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer, you will:

• Design and develop infrastructure to support machine learning operations.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and stakeholders to define ML system requirements for both experimentation and production.
• Establish internal quality processes such as code reviews, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.
• Engage in various tasks including architecture design, coding, monitoring, and working with cloud services and DevOps teams.
• Explore new tools and practices in MLOps and cloud processing to enhance our ML development and serving pipeline.
• Identify opportunities for automation and cost reduction in manual processes.

Minimum Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• A B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Over 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying data pipelines and machine learning models at scale.
• Experience with cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Production-grade Python coding skills and familiarity with ML pipeline tools like VertexAI or Sagemaker.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Compensation

Our competitive salary range for the Sr. Machine Learning Engineer role in North Carolina is $170,000 - $185,000 and in New York $185,000 - $200,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
