The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our engineering team, focusing on developing state-of-the-art machine learning infrastructure for our mobile advertising platform. As part of the ML-Infrastructure team, you will build and deploy deep neural network models that drive real-time, high-scale ad targeting.

The Opportunity:

As the leader of a team of ML engineers, you will oversee the training of approximately 1,000 model instances daily, serving 7 million queries per second (QPS) with a latency of 25 milliseconds. Moloco’s machine learning capabilities are integral to our ad products used by customers worldwide for user acquisition, re-engagement, and monetization. We're looking for a Senior Manager with expertise in backend technologies such as TensorFlow, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, Java, and Python. Your role will be pivotal in building scalable, fault-tolerant, and testable code, contributing to Moloco’s future growth and making a positive impact on millions of mobile users globally.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with languages such as C#, C++, Go, Java, or Python.
• 8+ years in software development on backend/infrastructure systems.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in developing large scale systems, including integration testing, deployment, monitoring, and database schema design.
• Experience leading project teams of 5+ engineers and collaborating across roles (Product Management, SRE, Data Science, etc.).
• Familiarity with TensorFlow and/or C++ performance optimization.
