We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to join our Cognition and Machine Learning Product Team in either London or Belfast.

How Will You Make an Impact?

As a Senior Product Manager for our Cognition Logic product, you will:

• Develop and market new ML and NLP capabilities, focusing on operations and cost efficiency.
• Manage product backlogs, set sprint priorities, and craft user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create Epic specifications in collaboration with our engineering and design teams.
• Cooperate with other Product Managers to translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Design process flows with customers and enhance the UX of our products with our design team.
• Support Sales teams by contributing to RFP responses.
• Participate in team ceremonies and coordinate with globally dispersed teams.

What Are We Looking For?

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Proven experience in Product Management, particularly with microservices, SaaS, or ML/AI-based products.
• Deep knowledge of ML Ops frameworks, Machine Learning Governance, and cost management.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and others used in software engineering and product management.
• A growth mindset, dedication to quality, and ability to work across various teams.
• Preferred: Experience in communications surveillance/compliance within Financial Services, and exposure to Kubernetes and Kafka.
