About This Role

We're searching for a seasoned Senior Staff ML Product Manager to join Firefox’s Product Management team. In this role, you'll spearhead the development and integration of state-of-the-art recommendation systems, enhancing user engagement across key platforms like the Firefox homepage. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to enhance current offerings and to devise groundbreaking product strategies. Your leadership will ensure that our machine learning innovations align with Mozilla's core values of privacy and user-centric design.

Responsibilities

• Devise and execute a comprehensive ML product strategy, pushing the boundaries of innovation while upholding data stewardship and privacy.
• Leverage machine learning to provide personalized user experiences, setting benchmarks for privacy and user engagement in tech.
• Work alongside top-tier professionals across various disciplines to turn strategic vision into reality.
• Define success metrics and analyze the impact of your initiatives, enhancing product development with agile methodologies.

What We Expect

You're ideal for this role if you are driven by the potential of machine learning to create user-focused solutions and are eager to see your projects come to life in real-world applications.

• At least 8 years of experience in product management with a significant focus on digital products.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in roles emphasizing machine learning, including MLOps, ML-Platform, and ML-first user experiences.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of leading complex projects and collaborating across multiple teams.
• A passion for upholding user privacy and delivering first-rate user experiences through innovative ML solutions.
