Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with our product managers, data analysts, and developers to comprehend user requirements and business objectives. Utilizing your proficiency in user research, information architecture, and visual design, you'll produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that elevate the user experience and optimize data visualization in Power BI dashboards.

As a Senior UX UI Designer, you will be integral to the end-to-end design process. Your tasks will include conducting user interviews, performing usability testing, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also work closely with developers to ensure your designs are seamlessly implemented within the Power BI environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in Analytical Power BI Dashboard Design, a solid understanding of data visualization best practices, and the ability to simplify complex data into visually engaging graphs and charts. Mastery in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is crucial, along with a robust grasp of UX UI design principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UX UI Designer with expertise in Analytical Power BI Dashboard Design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
• Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for Power BI dashboards
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
