About the Opportunity

Since launching in 2019 with car insurance, Jerry has expanded into loan refinancing, real-time driving insights, a repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and pioneering AI-driven solutions like our GenAI-powered chatbot. We have acquired over 5 million customers and expanded our global team to 250 across 7 countries. As a Staff Data Scientist for Product Growth, you’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance adoption of our innovative products, including real-time driving behavior tracking and our GPT-4 enhanced chatbot.

Your Impact at Jerry

• Lead the analysis and interpretation of complex data to drive product adoption and refinement.
• Conduct robust A/B testing to continuously improve our features based on user interaction insights.
• Create indispensable reports, dashboards, and predictive models to monitor and predict business performance.
• Communicate your findings and influence a wide range of stakeholders from technical teams to C-suite executives.

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven background with a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or challenging field.
• Solid experience in problem-solving within high-stakes environments (consulting or operational roles preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar tools, and a methodical approach to data analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to set and exceed the highest standards of excellence.
