What You'll Do

As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Development and Optimization of LLMs: Implementing and refining state-of-the-art Large Language Models to enhance performance and reliability.
• Evaluating Model Performance: Conducting thorough assessments of LLMs to ensure they meet business and efficiency standards.
• Advancing GenAI Applications: Innovating with technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation for superior model capabilities.
• Research and Development: Staying updated with the latest trends in machine learning and training methods.
• GPU Cluster Management: Managing extensive GPU cluster operations to optimize large-scale model training.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates will have a Master's or PhD in a relevant field, profound experience with Large Language Models, and expertise in parallel training and GPU management. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are essential.

Salary ranges, depending on location, are as follows:

• Zone 1: $217,000—$255,000 USD
• Zone 2: $190,000—$224,000 USD
• Zone 3: $169,000—$199,000 USD
