Role Overview: Staff Machine Learning Engineer

We are actively seeking a talented and passionate Staff Machine Learning Engineer to tackle complex challenges and create products that drive real business results. In this new role, you will join a driven team addressing diverse, complex problems in sales engagement by developing data-centric and ML-powered solutions. Using cutting-edge technologies such as Ray and LLMs, and any innovative approaches you bring, the products you develop will be utilized by renowned global companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop innovative machine learning algorithms and models.
  • Implement and validate ML models in production environments.
  • Offer mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and data scientists.
  • Drive the development and implementation of ML engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into market solutions.
  • Enhance and monitor the performance of ML models on an ongoing basis.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in machine learning and AI.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in machine learning model and algorithm development in production settings.

  • Experience with distributed data processing frameworks and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong ability to articulate technical findings from complex analysis.
