Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, including data structures and algorithms.
• 5+ years of experience in testing and launching software products, plus 3 years in software design and architecture.
• 5+ years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), AI, deep learning, and natural language processing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role, leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• Experience working within a complex, matrixed organization on cross-functional and/or cross-business projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this full-time role is $189,000 to $284,000, depending on location and experience. This is complemented by a competitive bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Detailed salary information will be provided during the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and write high-quality coding that meets customer requirements.
• Conduct and lead design reviews to choose the best technology solutions.
• Provide feedback on code developed by peers to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Update and adapt educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
• Address and resolve product issues, enhancing system operations and quality.
