• Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• Ability to excel and be detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and produce high-quality work on schedule.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position in the US is $168,000-$252,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary varies by location and is accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee developer coding flow and interface design for developer-facing products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally from conceptualization and ideation through to detailed execution.
• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas, user journeys, and critical decision points.
• Apply user-centered design principles and use UX research findings to inform and enhance design decisions.
• Effectively communicate and articulate design choices and strategies to team members and stakeholders.
