Role and Responsibilities

As a key member of our data science team, you'll be instrumental in developing and deploying ML models that enhance customer service and operational efficiency. You will:

• Deploy, monitor, and manage both online and batch models, integrating them seamlessly as API endpoints.
• Establish standards and best practices in ML deployments in collaboration with data scientists and engineers.
• Drive the migration of our data science platforms to AWS, enhancing the scalability and effectiveness of our ML solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive superior customer service.
• Promote and implement a DevOps mindset within the team, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Projects and Technologies

You will engage with exciting projects such as:

• Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions for real-time customer interaction analysis.
• Generative AI projects, involving state-of-the-art models like GPT-4 and Llama2 for retrieval augmented tasks.

• Python, PySpark, Airflow, SQL, Terraform, FastAPI, MLFlow, Kubernetes, Docker, and more.
• Major cloud platforms with a focus on AWS and Azure, including AWS Sagemaker and Azure OpenAI Service.

Who We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates are in the later stages of their bachelor's or beginning of their master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related STEM field. Experience in MLOps, ML Engineering, or similar roles is advantageous but not required. Proven problem-solving abilities and a drive to learn and adapt to new technologies are essential.
