Your tasks

  • Structured career entry: Through our 18-month rotational program, you’ll get to know the TRUMPF Group both domestically and abroad. Sculpt your personal career path at TRUMPF through three different project-related assignments before embarking on your subsequent permanent position.
  • You have a say in the selection of deployment areas within the context of machine learning and the electric mobility market segment, as well as for your overseas assignment.
  • Take responsibility from day one. Learn about daily operations in an experimental work environment, propelling the future of TRUMPF forward.

What we are looking for

  • An excellent Master's degree in STEM disciplines, such as mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and management, mechatronics, or a comparable study program.
  • First practical insights into machine learning, basic knowledge of a programming language (e.g., Python), and international experience are also part of your profile.
  • A strong communicator and team player in both German and English with an interest in metrological work.
  • Openness to various deployment opportunities and initiative in program design.
  • An individual who thinks analytically and entrepreneurially, works independently, and pursues their goals consistently.
