Role Overview
As a Senior Data Scientist focusing on NLP and CV, you will play an instrumental role in our AI advancements:
Your Impact
- Analyze, design, implement, and evaluate ML systems for Machine Translation, Localization, Contextualization, and Personalization.
- Contribute to research paths that achieve the highest accuracy and quality in NLP tasks.
- Expand the reach of ML technologies for multilingual and localization applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and business teams to define and solve business problems using data-driven and ML-based solutions.
What You Bring to the Team
Your proactive quest for perfection in AI systems is invaluable, and you:
- Are proficient in Spanish, English, and Python.
- Hold a PhD or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Machine Learning, ideally with an NLP focus.
- Obsess over the accuracy, quality, impact, and efficiency of ML systems.
- Enjoy the challenge of handling large data volumes.
- Can leverage Transformers and LLMS to solve sequential tasks like NMT.
- Have hands-on ML experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or specialized tools like MarianNMT or openNMT.
- Possess end-to-end ML experience, from vision and research through PoC, production, and launch.

Compensation Details
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and potential stock options for certain positions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 3 years of analytics experience, OR
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 1 year of analytics experience, OR
- 5 years of experience in an analytics or related field.
