Job Summary:

This critical role in our Data & Analytics team involves collaborating with our Finance, Strategy, and Leadership Team to tackle issues requiring sophisticated analytical solutions and data-driven approaches. It is a unique opportunity for an individual contributor to make significant impacts within one of the finance industry's most respected firms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and communicate with senior stakeholders effectively, merging analytical prowess with business knowledge to achieve strategic results.
• Champion project development from start to finish—this includes requirement gathering, data preparation, modeling, analysis, and visualization.
• Utilize advanced analytics methods such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and time series analysis to forge insights.
• Handle voluminous data from disparate sources with advanced mastery in Python and SQL, ensuring all data practices meet high standards of integrity and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• PhD or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or relevant fields, backed by 6+ years in advanced analytics roles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical software, with substantial experience in predictive modeling and data mining.
• Experience in Cloud and Big Data platforms, including AWS, Snowflake, and Hadoop among others.
• Exemplary storytelling skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Financial services industry experience and familiarity with cloud storage solutions are preferred.
