Job Opening: Workday Integrations Consultant

As a Workday Integration Consultant at DXC, you'll design and implement cutting-edge integration solutions within the Workday platform. Your expertise will ensure our clients' systems are interconnected, optimized, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Advise on and manage solution configurations for complex Workday engagements.
• Provide subject matter expertise supporting delivery, testing, and both presales and post-production engagements.
• Act as a critical customer spokesperson for the DXC Workday Practice, helping to create compelling business cases and demonstrating substantial value in deploying the Workday HCM solution.
• Interface directly with end users and customers to provide expert guidance across multiple HR domains.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Integrations Certified: Integrations Core + Studio (additional certifications like Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll, Advanced Reporting, Extend, etc. are a plus).
• Strong consulting skills and the ability to manage customer expectations.
• Excellent communication skills for functional and management audiences.
• Experience in gathering requirements, designing, testing, and deploying integrations.
• Proficiency in mass data loads and HCM implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of functional topics.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
