The Customer Relationship Leader serves as the primary point of contact for our customers, leveraging deep industry and customer insights to drive value. This role is critical to facilitating the successful implementation and use of Aktana's solutions.
Responsibilities and Achievements
As a Customer Relationship Leader, you will:
- Manage and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Develop strategic plans and roadmaps to apply Aktana’s capabilities to customer business objectives.
- Create and update stakeholder management plans.
- Set and manage customer expectations for engagements.
- Communicate customer success criteria effectively.
- Drive business case creation and act as a strategic advisor to both internal and customer teams.
- Support the development of Statements of Work (SOW).
Key Performance Indicators
- Customer Retention
- Customer Satisfaction Scores
- Feedback from Delivery Teams
- Feedback from Commercial Teams

- Understand marketing, sales, brands, and data analytics within the commercial pharma and life sciences industries.
- Bring experience working in a global environment, supporting customers across multiple countries and time zones.
- Have extensive experience in creating business cases and developing SOWs.
