About the Role

Bloomreach is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to lead our customers through a digital experience transformation. This role involves developing best practices and innovative market ideas. Collaborating closely with customer leadership and delivery teams, the Digital Experience Manager will drive digital transformation programs, maximizing the value customers get from the Bloomreach platform.

You'll work with customers to inspire and assist them in utilizing our platform's full potential. This role includes significant collaboration with internal teams such as Account Management, Product, Technical Services, Business Services, and Support. Success will require strong customer orientation, exceptional collaboration skills, and a curious and critical mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Challenge conventional thinking and bring innovative ideas to customers and account teams
  • Showcase Bloomreach’s digital experience capabilities
  • Provide leadership in developing successful digital experience roadmaps
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader and trusted advisor
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and demonstrate value in strategic accounts

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in customer success
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in digital experience technologies; retail/eCommerce experience is a plus
  • Analytical skills to interpret raw data
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Autonomous with strong project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills with creative thinking

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000. The actual offer will be based on various factors including skills, qualifications, geographical location, and experience.
