About the Role

EvenUp is seeking a qualified Legal Operations Associate to join our dynamic remote team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality and effective that accurately illustrate an injured party's economic and non-economic damages. This position is essential to our mission of helping personal injury victims receive their rightful compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize our proprietary software to review medical documents, craft detailed treatment summaries, and organize damages.
• Establish treatment timelines and conduct legal research to write compelling demand letters.
• Work within a weekly quota and earn bonuses for surpassing targets with high-quality output.

Qualifications:

• Experience in legal, insurance, or medical fields with a strong writing background (e.g., paralegals, case managers, claim adjustors, legal assistants, or technical writers).
• Exceptional persuasive writing skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and collaborative abilities.
• Quick learner with the ability to swiftly adapt to new processes and software.
• Knowledge of personal injury law, medical summaries, or copywriting/editing is advantageous.
