Daily Responsibilities
- Developing top-tier design solutions and user experiences
- Creating user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interfaces
- Ensuring designs meet project requirements and are consistent
- Conducting research to enhance product performance
- Reviewing and optimizing existing products using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar
- Participating in the entire digital process
- Visualizing ideas and inspiring the team
- Working with extensive design systems
- Managing client and vendor relationships
- Collaborating with Product Managers to align design and project goals
- Involvement in large projects with international, multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
- Robust portfolio of commercial projects
- In-depth understanding of best design processes
- Knowledge of web and mobile design principles, including responsive and adaptive design
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar
- Acquaintance with accessibility and inclusive design practices
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive problem-solving attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in UX Audits is a plus
