Daily Responsibilities

• Developing top-tier design solutions and user experiences
• Creating user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interfaces
• Ensuring designs meet project requirements and are consistent
• Conducting research to enhance product performance
• Reviewing and optimizing existing products using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar
• Participating in the entire digital process
• Visualizing ideas and inspiring the team
• Working with extensive design systems
• Managing client and vendor relationships
• Collaborating with Product Managers to align design and project goals
• Involvement in large projects with international, multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Robust portfolio of commercial projects
• In-depth understanding of best design processes
• Knowledge of web and mobile design principles, including responsive and adaptive design
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar
• Acquaintance with accessibility and inclusive design practices
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proactive problem-solving attitude
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience in UX Audits is a plus
