Customer Experience is a vital growth function at Imply. As a Senior Technical Success Manager, you'll bridge business and technical perspectives, fostering holistic relationships with our clients. Unlike typical retention roles, our focus is on exceeding ambitious Net Revenue Retention targets by driving adoption and expansion within our customers' organizations.
You will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, providing ad hoc assistance to smaller accounts across multiple verticals primarily in the eastern and central USA. You'll handle the customer relationship from a technical standpoint, from onboarding through to continuous adoption and usage. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to map complex business needs into data-driven solution designs on the Imply Platform, driving wider institutional adoption as you go. Additionally, you'll serve as the internal voice of your customers and act as a go-to technical resource both internally and externally.
