About the Role
We are pioneering the next generation of Large Language Models and seek talented, curious Language Specialists to join our innovative team. Your Responsibilities
- Create training data sets to enhance AI model accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice
- Annotate data to align AI models with human values
- Analyze and refine grammar, syntax, and sentence structure in both generated and AI-produced texts
- Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and engineers to improve AI models
- Contribute to specifications for AI-model training and data recipes
- Adapt to changing guidelines and priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Meet KPIs such as job count, handle time, and production hours
What We Need from You
- Excellent writing skills and a strong grasp of grammar, syntax, and semantics
- Advanced degree in Italian and English
- Bachelor’s degree minimum; Master’s or PhD preferred
- Ability to edit and improve communication across technical fields
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Effective internet research skills

The salary range for this position is $48,000 to $54,000 annually, with actual compensation determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
