About The Role

As the SVP of Operations at Invisibletech, you will lead the expansion of our core delivery engine. You’ll design and implement processes that sustain our rapid growth and scale. Working cross-functionally with teams such as Growth, Client Service, Marketing, Product & Technology, you will create a strategic vision and roadmap that meets our clients’ operational needs.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Organizational Design: Develop and refine organizational structures to bolster efficiency and scalability.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute a growth-oriented strategic plan.
  • Systems Building & Analysis: Enhance system functionalities and apply rigorous analysis to support ongoing growth and operational performance.
  • Standardization: Identify and implement necessary standardizations to streamline operations.
  • Leadership: Offer compelling leadership and foster a resilient company culture.
  • Team Management: Oversee hundreds of full-time managers and thousands of agents to ensure top-tier performance through effective management layers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in operations management in high-growth, fast-scaling environments.
  • Expertise in systems analysis and organizational design.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, such as consulting or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong track record in managing high-performing teams and leadership systems.
  • High emotional intelligence and robust leadership skills.
  • Exemplary financial management skills with a focus on cost management strategies.
  • Extensive experience in operational standardization across large organizations.
  • Advanced degree in business administration, operations management, or related fields (MBA or equivalent preferred).

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $185,000
  • Base + Bonus Target: $285,000
  • Eligible for Invisibletech’s Equity Plan
