Key Responsibilities
Engage with the SecOps Community
- Connect with our vibrant community to gather insights and prioritize SecOps-related features.
- Build and nurture relationships with key SecOps influencers and professionals.
- Represent n8n at industry events and webinars, showcasing our platform’s capabilities.
- Grow and energize our community of SecOps users and advocates.
Develop Marketing Content and Strategies
- Collaborate on our content marketing strategy and roadmap, contributing to in-depth pieces for the SecOps audience.
- Create quickstart guides, educational materials, blog posts, and case studies.
- Produce and present engaging webinars and video content for SecOps professionals with support from other marketing areas.
Support Sales and Drive Revenue Growth
- Participate in deal conversations to learn from prospects' needs and provide SecOps expertise.
- Develop workflow templates for common SecOps scenarios to boost the sales process.
- Contribute to measurable ARR growth from SecOps use cases.
- Monitor key metrics related to SecOps engagement and platform adoption.
Enhance Product Features and User Experience
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to weave SecOps insights into our platform.
- Advocate for feature enhancements that benefit SecOps users.
- Channel community feedback to prioritize product development.
Requirements
Must-Have
- SecOps Expertise: 3-5 years of practical cybersecurity experience in large companies (500+ employees).
- SOC Analyst Experience: Experience as a Tier 1 or 2 analyst in SOC teams.
- Public Speaking: Known for public speaking engagements, publications, or active community involvement.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to make complex tech topics exciting and easy to understand.
Preferred Skills
- SOC Team Management: Experience leading a SOC team after being an analyst.
- IT Operations: Background in IT operations.
- Automated Workflows: Experience implementing automated workflows and playbooks.
- AI in SecOps: Familiarity with AI applications in SecOps.
- Open Source Involvement: Passion for open-source projects.
- SaaS Knowledge: Familiarity
