Role Overview:

Your primary goal as a Talent Sourcer / Researcher will be to enhance our hiring process by identifying and attracting top-tier talent, while promoting diversity across n8n's workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactive Talent Sourcing:

  • Critical Role Sourcing: Actively source for critical and evergreen roles, ensuring candidates meet n8n’s high standards.
  • Strategic Talent Mapping: Develop and execute strategic talent mapping initiatives to build a robust pipeline for future roles.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates, making n8n their top choice for new challenges.

Building and Managing Talent Pools:

  • Internal Candidate Database: Create and manage a comprehensive internal candidate database, ensuring continuous updates.
  • Employer Branding: Engage in initiatives to position n8n as an employer of choice, particularly within tech communities.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data to optimize sourcing strategies for better efficiency and effectiveness.

Screening and Evaluating Candidates:

  • CV Screening: Screen CVs and profiles to ensure candidates meet technical requirements and align with n8n’s cultural values.
  • Initial Outreach: Conduct initial outreach and interviews to assess candidate fit and readiness.
  • Collaboration: Work with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search criteria based on evolving needs and feedback.

Driving Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Diversity Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to increase diversity in candidate pipelines.
  • Diversity Metrics: Track and report on diversity metrics to continuously improve and innovate.
  • Inclusive Hiring Practices: Advocate for inclusive hiring practices with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Must-have:

  • Proactive Attitude: You take initiative and move projects forward with speed and precision.
  • Process-Oriented: You are methodical and ensure no detail is overlooked.
  • Sourcing/Recruitment Experience: Hands-on experience in sourcing or recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve skills in sourcing and recruitment.
