Key Responsibilities

• Leverage advanced AI solutions to tackle sophisticated challenges in Securities Services Operations.
• Design and deploy scalable, robust AI functionalities for long-term use.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate Machine Learning services within core systems.
• Build strong relationships with business domain experts to ensure effective communication and stakeholder trust.
• Develop metrics for internal and external evaluation to align model performance with business goals.
• Enhance and refine machine learning models to improve efficiency and quality continuously.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Extensive industry experience in applied Machine Learning or Data Science roles.
• Proven track record in developing and deploying scalable Data Science and ML capabilities in a production environment.
• In-depth understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application to business problems.
• Proficiency in Python and popular Data Science frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, pandas, numpy) and MLOps platforms (e.g., Sagemaker).
• Experience with deployment and optimization of LLMs in production settings.
• Outstanding ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, aligning AI strategies with business objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical complexities to non-technical stakeholders.
• A history of mentoring and leading teams within data science and machine learning contexts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with few-shot and zero-shot learning techniques.
• Expertise in constructing RAG systems using LLMs.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
