Key Job Responsibilities
Data Analytics and Reporting
- Leverage cutting-edge tools like Excel, ServiceNow Reporting, Tableau, SQL, Python, and Alteryx to analyze trends and patterns in complex datasets.
- Create impactful reports from large datasets to support decisions at all levels within DCS and its partners.
- Engage in continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency and innovation through strategic data utilization.
- Conduct comprehensive data examinations across various business units to unify data representation and standards.
- Develop insightful, data-driven analyses to enhance client services by identifying key drivers and predicting future trends.
- Stay ahead by researching and promoting the latest tools in Analytics and Intelligent Automation to your peers.
Project Management
- Analyze and document requirements for developing and commercializing targeted solutions, aligning with the firm's strategic objectives.
- Implement project management best practices to oversee project priorities, updates, and successful completions while simplifying complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct impact analyses for business initiatives to identify necessary technical or operational changes.
- Facilitate crucial communication channels between Operations, Technology, and Transformation stakeholders.
Presentation, Structuring, and Storyboarding
- Create compelling and persuasive presentations to effectively communicate complex ideas.
- Enhance your presentation skills through continuous learning and application of new tools.
- Articulate and document process flows to identify innovative solutions to program challenges.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- BS/MS in Quantitative, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Data Management, MIS, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and proven expertise in Excel, Tableau, and familiarity with RPA tools like UI Path.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities.
- Ability to create detailed PowerPoint decks and deliver presentations to senior management.
- Dynamic problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a history of managing complex, cross-functional projects successfully.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, lean startup methodologies, and user-centered practices.
