Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst for our Global Risk Operations team. This role involves crafting sophisticated business intelligence methodologies and developing scalable analytics to protect and advocate for individuals, communities, and businesses against platform risks globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing business intelligence processes and analytics.
• Conducting both quantitative and qualitative research to analyze operational risks.
• Developing actionable insights through solutions that are timely and accessible.
• Creating coherent narratives in reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate recommendations on operational gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with data development analysts to communicate business requirements and contribute to infrastructure solutions.
• Identifying necessary data and tools to influence project prioritization and strategic roadmaps.
• Providing data support and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and autonomy in investigating escalations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Prospects must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology and Management, Business Intelligence, or Computer Science with a minimum of 36 months of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in the following is required:

• Advanced data analysis using SQL, R, SAS, or Matlab.
• Programming in Python, PHP, or Haskell.
• Data mining, synthesis, and interpretation.
• Data presentation to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Development and maintenance of business intelligence tools like Tableau or Sisense.

Work Modality & Compensation:

This role allows telecommuting from anywhere in the US. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $167,898 to $203,280 per year, plus bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
