Key Responsibilities

The Manager of North America Cloud Engineering will lead a team focused on driving pipeline and cloud consumption for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services. The responsibilities include:

  • Providing domain expertise and co-designing solutions with key industry customers
  • Helping customers transform their business through OCI and Oracle SaaS services
  • Defining product strategy and go-to-market (GTM) models
  • Advising on product roadmaps and coordinating GTM design for emerging products based on industry trends

  • Building positive relationships with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams
  • Gaining proficiency in Oracle Cloud products and plans
  • Achieving significant wins with major strategic accounts

The ideal candidate should be a high-energy leader with a demonstrated track record of success in cloud technology. Key attributes include:

  • 5+ years in management, preferably with remote teams
  • Technical expertise in enterprise cloud solutions
  • Solid understanding of the Financial Services/Insurance industry
  • A balance of strategic and tactical skills
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

Our competitive compensation package includes:

  • Salary range: $141,800 to $232,300 per annum
