What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing the People Analytics Ad-hoc report request process: Understand global HR stakeholder reporting needs, analyze data, and deliver reports and insights
  • Managing and enhancing the monthly reporting and data processes
  • Assisting with stakeholder issue resolution
  • Creating standard reports and dashboards in line with the HR strategy
  • Ensuring documentation is generated and up-to-date
  • Contributing to larger projects with the wider team

What you'll need:

  • Experience in developing operational reports and dashboards
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools, specifically Power BI
  • Excellent accuracy
