About the Role:

The Data Analyst III at our Arden Hills site will be instrumental in accelerating analytics development using Power BI. This role is pivotal in integrating data from multiple sources across the organization to enhance visibility and operational improvements in Manufacturing Operations. Working closely with local, regional, and global teams, as well as IT departments, the candidate will be essential in optimizing data assets to support business strategies through comprehensive analytics.

Your Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Partner with business units to design and implement analytic solutions with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Enhance and develop reporting systems using SDLC best practices.
  • Understand customer needs to translate them into actionable data reports.
  • Deliver powerful insights by tracking and analyzing data, and collaborating on potential solutions.
  • Offer exceptional customer support, involving in core project teams for system and data queries.
  • Provide technical leadership for data dashboards and infrastructure.
  • Identify system efficiencies and recommend upgrades to improve business operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in data analytics and reporting with Power BI or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Agility to work in a hybrid model accommodating business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies.
  • Proficiency in big data programming languages and ETL technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud data solutions and supply chain processes.
