We are currently looking for a dedicated Data & AI Technical Consultant to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice within the Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping and deploying essential data architectures, platforms, and infrastructures, enhancing automated data pipelines, and advancing data infusion through business intelligence and analytics across diverse industries internationally.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data & AI Technical Consultant, you will:

• Lead and support client engagements around data strategies, architecture, analyses, visualizations, and automation.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze, document, and ensure precise definitions of data and AI requirements.
• Design, construct, and maintain robust data and AI systems in production environments.
• Develop scalable solutions that integrate and enhance data from various sources across technological landscapes.
• Guide our clients through the complexities of modern data science, analytics, and software engineering.
• Contribute to technical development ensuring engineered solutions meet ongoing business demands.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Ideal candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Up to 6 years of experience in Data, AI, and Machine Learning or related areas.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R, and SQL.
• Experience with ML packages like scikit-learn, Pytorch, TensorFlow, etc., and familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and various database management systems.
• Strong analytical skills including knowledge in calculus, linear algebra, and statistics.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
