Position Summary

Are you passionate about justice and advocating for the marginalized? If so, World Relief Chicagoland is looking for a skilled Data and Reporting Specialist to compile, analyze, and report program data to federal and state grantors. Based in the Chicago metropolitan area, this role requires at least 3 days per week in the office. You'll ensure accurate data reporting, maintain data integrity, produce necessary reports, and support CRM training for staff.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Standardize data collection practices across three office locations: Chicago, Carol Stream, and Aurora.
  • Collaborate with grant managers to resolve data anomalies and improve systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy and work with program directors to troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Train staff on data entry best practices and CRM system usage.
  • Work with program managers to ensure timely data entry and compliance.
  • Generate, analyze, and organize datasets for various reports.
  • Ensure grant compliance and track monthly outputs against annual goals.
  • Assist in data collection for grant proposals, donor meetings, and community presentations.
  • Participate in strategy sessions and improve data collection practices.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communicator with excellent writing skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and training adult learners from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

  • Mature Christian faith and commitment to World Relief's mission.
  • Ability to affirm World Relief’s Core Beliefs and Statement of Faith.
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of data management experience or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with data software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • Strong data analysis and confidentiality skills.
