Key Responsibilities

👥 Team Collaboration: Work alongside innovative cross-functional teams to engineer scalable data solutions enhancing product capabilities and generating vital business insights.

🔨 Data Pipeline Development: Build and manage complex data pipelines facilitating efficient data collection, ingestion, and transformation processes.

🧑‍💻 Support R&D: Provide essential data for research and development in data science and AI, aiding in pioneering developments.

📈 Data Validation and Quality: Implement efficient mechanisms to ensure data validity, quality, and reliability to maintain the integrity and trustworthiness of data sources.

🪲 Troubleshooting: Diagnose and solve data-related issues to enhance system performance and scalability.

📖 Data Governance: Develop stringent data governance and security measures to safeguard sensitive information.

Position Requirements

Education & Experience: A minimum of a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fields is required. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience specifically in data engineering or a related field.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, proficiency in handling data pipeline and workflow management tools such as sbt, Nifi, and familiarity with big data technologies like Spark are crucial. An understanding of streaming technologies like Kafka, cloud services architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and data warehousing solutions is essential. Competence in Python, focusing on data-centric programming, and experience in machine learning algorithms, data modeling techniques, and Graph Databases like Neo4j are highly beneficial.
