Job Opportunity: Associate Vice President, HR Data Asset Management Specialist

We are actively seeking a skilled Associate Vice President, HR Data Asset Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in the journey of digital and cloud transformation within our Human Resources division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Data Quality Framework, facilitating proactive data quality controls through the application of statistical models to detect anomalies and outliers.
  • Design a self-configurable user interface for Data Quality measures, enabling seamless configuration and reporting.
  • Prepare comprehensive end-to-end technical design specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Owners, Operations Teams, and Data Asset Management Teams to define and execute Data Quality rules and measures.
  • Enhance product capabilities by working integratively with data scientists and analysts.
  • Maintain and prioritize a backlog of Data Quality rules, aligning with stakeholder agreed schedules.
  • Communicate effectively about data quality issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant control requirements.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Proven expertise as a Full Stack Developer, with strong experience in Python.
  • Proficient in crafting responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, and Node.js.
  • Experienced in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Proficient with database technologies, ANSI SQL, data modeling, and data integration techniques.
  • Skilled in developing and deploying applications on the AWS platform.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in managing complex data ecosystems in large scale corporate environments.
  • Experience with ProDQ/Atlan/Manta or similar data quality rule engines is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.
  • AWS Certified – Developer.
  • Experience in cloud-based programming environments and familiarity with machine learning applications.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
