Job Summary: Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer, you will collaborate closely with senior developers to enhance and maintain ETL pipelines using Airflow within our Data Technology team. This role involves engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging a modern technology stack to facilitate and innovate data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain data pipelines for effective data extraction, transformation, and loading using SQL and AWS technologies.
• Maintain and optimize Airflow DAGs and our API middle tier.
• Explore and prototype emerging technologies to enrich our consumer data-driven insights.
• Provide essential support and insights to our business analytics and data science teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address data-related technical challenges and infrastructure needs.

What We Need from You:

• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Spark, with robust knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
• Proficiency in AWS, with experience in Airflow, Angular, Node.js, Docker, and Kafka being highly advantageous.
