Job Description
This role supports data manipulation and reporting, quality assurance, documentation and internal/client communication projects for the Experian DA Boost team. The role also potentially will support our Experian Marketplace with model creation/validation work. It is critical to supporting products like Experian Boost, Go and other direct to consumer products (D2C). A leadership mindset and strong documentation skills are critical for success.
Responsibilities include carrying out and supervising others in the extraction, formulation and manipulation of data. The role requires interpreting data specifications, solving client’s problems with the most relevant methods, developing creative solutions for better utilization of Experian and client data, ensuring quality and accuracy of work, following business procedures, producing high quality results documentation, and more.
Qualifications
Candidates must have 2+ years of relevant experience and preferably hold an Associate's or higher in a quantitative discipline like Business Analytics or Computer Science. Strong quantitative, qualitative, and communication skills for remote work are required. Key competencies also include time management skills, flexibility, problem-solving ability, technical and programming skills (like SAS, Python, SQL), and the use of project management/planning tools.
