About the Role
As a Junior Data Analyst specializing in demand forecasting, you will be crucial in predicting future product demand and optimizing inventory management. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support demand forecasting.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models using Python.
- Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for the planning team.
- Collaborate with IT, pricing, marketing, and supply chain departments to refine forecasting accuracy.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and visualizations to stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and improve forecasting models.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and forecasting.
Qualifications and Skills
Required Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development.
- Experience with Python libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, and Scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in Excel.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
Valuable Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of Python libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.

- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

- Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
