Job Description

In this role, you will facilitate the Data Science practice and play a vital role in advancing the application of business intelligence, sophisticated data analytics and machine learning as a fundamental element for our market offerings. Aid in the project delivery for Data Science work, focusing on how customer experience and understanding can be enhanced to ultimately aid our client’s business growth.

As an advocate for Analytics, you will liaise with leaders in diverse divisions, industries and geographies to ensure that increasingly more solutions we introduce to the market are data and insight-driven while assisting in identifying new business opportunities and account growth.


Your Impact

  • Core focus areas for our Data Science & Analytics group include Customer Intelligence (segmentation, behavior analysis, personalization, recommender systems, forecasting) leveraging 1st party, 3rd party and diverse types of external data
  • Analyze of extensive data sets and applied insights to help create personalized customer experiences across various sectors in digital environments
  • You’ll consult with clients to define business problems and suggest how to apply data analytics, business intelligence and machine learning to resolve them
  • You’ll identify new opportunities within the Data Science & Analytics space and build analytics solutions hands-on
  • You’ll define suitable KPIs, design tracking concepts for web data, ensure data sourcing, monitor and analyze data with advanced web analytics tools
  • You’ll construct comprehensive dashboards for business users and management level to generate data-driven insights for their businesses
  • You’ll employ state-of-the-art analytics and statistical methods to prepare and analyze data for (predictive) modelling, from prototypes to production (advanced segmentation, personalization, recommenders, pricing etc.) with a focus on, but not limited to customer data (also vehicle data, product data, POS data etc.)
  • You’ll help us establish standards in statistical analysis, machine learning and data visualization to ensure projects and teams consistency across, as well as prepare reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders (client side & internal)

Qualifications

Your Experience & Skills

  • Passionate about AI and data to change business models with a fervor for AI and data and have a thirst to continually learn and keep pace with the most recent innovations and applications
  • Relevant years of professional experience working as a data scientist
  • Technical knowledge of web/app tracking solutions
