• Data Engineering: Manage extensive data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various sources for optimal analysis and insights.
• Decision Support: Develop algorithms for effective decision-making and conduct rigorous tests to evaluate different strategic interventions.
• Machine Learning Implementation: Work collaboratively to integrate ML models into scalable production environments while upholding data privacy and security.
• Data Visualization: Design compelling visuals and dashboards to clearly communicate insights to stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaboration and Communication: Effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering an inclusive understanding of methodologies and outcomes.

Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields. Advanced degrees preferred.
• Extensive experience in Data Science roles with a proven record of deploying successful data-driven initiatives.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and familiarity with various database management tools.
• Deep understanding of statistical techniques, AI models like LLMs and LFMs, and predictive analytics.
• Skilled in data visualization tools such as Matplotlib and Plotly.
• Experience managing multiple projects with a focus on operational efficiency and proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Superior problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills.
