Your Role

As an E2E Inventory Data Analytics Manager - Supply Chain Planning, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing new processes, reports, systems, and tools to enhance business opportunities and reduce disruptions.
  • Scoping future strategies and developing End to End Supply Chain improvements to boost product flow from suppliers to customers.
  • Identifying root causes of current issues and managing projects to deliver favorable outcomes, leading a small team.
  • Prototyping tools to digitalize our supply chain, drive insights, and streamline exception-based working.
  • Mapping M&S supply chain processes end-to-end and identifying actions to move from the current to the desired state.

Your Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, your skills should include:

  • A structured approach to solving complex supply chain issues, with experience in continuous Improvement frameworks.
  • Proficiency in data extraction/structuring/analysis tools (Hadoop, Beam, SQL, Python, XLS, PPT).
  • Experience in storytelling and presenting data to drive actions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across teams, being collaborative and assertive as needed.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team, manage workloads, foster career development and provide constructive feedback.
