What You Will Do:

As an HR Data Analyst, you will:

• Design, build, and manage HR data reporting and dashboards on platforms such as Power BI.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting tools.
• Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations to help stakeholders understand HR metrics such as staffing levels, turnover, diversity, performance, engagement, and talent acquisition.
• Provide training and support to users on accessing and utilizing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR data and systems teams to ensure data integrity and security.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR analytics and Power BI.
• Address and respond to reporting queries and issues, potentially requiring further investigation and analysis.
