Key Accountabilities and Outcomes:

The Data and Analytics Co-Op will integrate into the Rich’s Enterprise Data + Analytics Team, collaborating with multiple departments including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Logistics, Finance, and more. The goal is to provide cutting-edge data and analytical solutions, utilizing advanced techniques, technologies, and processes.

You will tackle compelling business challenges, enhance both technical and business skills, and see theoretical concepts come alive through practical applications.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure technologies, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Machine Learning Services, to build data pipelines and generate analytical models.

- Opportunities to work in both data engineering and data science fields.

- Strong storytelling and visualization skills to effectively present and communicate data results.

- Experience working in a Scrum team environment, demanding strong collaboration, communication, and agility.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Enrollment in Bachelor's or Master's degree programs in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative fields. Candidates with strong quantitative skills from other backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL scripting.

- Experience with Jupyter and Databricks notebooks.

- Familiarity with Machine Learning model assessment and deployment.

- Experience with PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, or similar data visualization technologies.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git experience recommended).

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on hypothesis development and testing.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Enthusiasm for adopting modern technologies with a natural curiosity.

- Strong collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills.

- Self-driven and action-oriented mindset.

Compensation:

In compliance with state law, the provided rate or range reflects Rich Products Corporation's reasonable estimate of base compensation for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, abilities, shift differentials, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $32.00
